Just Good Food Again

IMG_1879See how beautiful whole foods can be?  And delicious and full of nutrients — some whose names we don’t even know.  Anyway, these mushrooms were sauteed in a little bit of water instead of oil and seasoned with a garlic-pepper combo, along with a little bit of salt.   Oh, and I threw in some green onions and sweet red pepper. 

The flavor was amazing………..turns out you don’t always need oil for flavor.
