Easy to Be Focused on Nutrients

IMG_3035Throw in some spinach and ground flax seed and maybe a little unsweetened almond milk and you have yourself a nutritious and delicious breakfast.  So simple and a good start to the day, if you ask me, which nobody did.

Oh, right, then you blend it in a high-powered type blender.  I’ve been using a $50 Ninja blender — works really well.
